What is your return policy on used equipment?
We offer a 30-day playability guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your used clubs, you can return them for a full refund or exchange, provided they haven't sustained significant damage.
Do you offer professional club fitting services?
Yes, GolfRoots provides both in-person fittings at our flagship locations and a comprehensive online virtual fitting tool to help you find the right shafts and lofts for your swing.
Are the products on your site authentic?
Absolutely. We are authorized retailers for all major brands including Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, and PING. Every item is inspected for quality and authenticity.
Can I trade in my old clubs for store credit?
Yes, our trade-in program allows you to send in your current equipment in exchange for GolfRoots store credit which can be applied to any new purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and customs duties vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
